Media Mentor, Trainer, Presenter & Journalist
Nicola Hill has over 30 years experience in journalism and communication consultancy. She has been a broadcaster with the BBC, Sky News and TRT World, and writes for national newspapers including the Daily Mail, Daily Express, The Telegraph and The Hippocratic Post. As a former health editor, her specialty is medical and science storytelling.
Nicola set up NC Media Ltd in 2006 and has worked with companies around the world, primarily within the health and medical field, pharmaceutical industry, patient groups and societies and medical charities. She runs storytelling, media training, presentation training and charing skills courses to key opinion leaders, senior executives and industry influencers. These are both in person and virtually. She is in demand as a moderator, facilitator and chair of events — ranging from advisory boards to satellite symposia to medical congresses.
Nicola's ongoing career in journalism gives her authenticity in running media training courses. Her broadcast background means she is an expert in communicating through the lens and she uses this skill both in virtual trainings and moderating, and as a journalist. She is a contributor to newspapers, magazines and online news outlets, and is also a regular guest broadcaster on international events.
